We are trial lawyers who represent individuals in courts across the metropolitan Washington D.C. area. We promote equal access to justice for individuals involved in both civil lawsuits and criminal cases. Our members support and enforce the rights of individuals who have been injured due to another’s fault from motor vehicle collisions, defective products, abusive employment practices and other matters, and we represent persons accused of crimes.
