Randall H. Scarlett, Esq., is the principal of San Francisco-based Scarlett Law Group. Mr. Scarlett is a Leaders Forum/Presidents Club Member of the American Association of Justice, and is past-Chair and current Executive Board Member of AAJ's Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. He is Past-President and serves on the Board of Directors of both the California Brain Injury Association and the Belli Society. Mr. Scarlett maintains a nationwide practice and has obtained numerous verdicts in excess of $1 million.
Mr. Scarlett recently received a verdict in excess of $49 million for a 23 year old client with traumatic brain injury who was struck by a big rig outside of San Jose, California. This verdict has been reported by Verdict Search as one of the top 100 verdicts rendered in the United States in 2009. Mr. Scarlett also received a top 100 verdict in 2007 of over $22 million for a 51-year-old client sustaining traumatic brain injury after she was struck by a tour bus in San Francisco. Indeed, Mr. Scarlett's top 100 verdicts reach back into the 1980s and 1990s, and include a $26 million top 100 verdict for a then seven-year-old child sustaining catastrophic brain injuries as a result of an emergency room physician's failure to properly diagnose meningitis.
