Interactive Panel Discussion on Ethics: Representing Plaintiffs in Tort Litigation

The panel discussion will be focused around a fact pattern, which will serve as a centerpiece to explore many common ethics challenges faced in litigating personal injury cases including (1) joint representation; (2) collection of evidence, including contact with represented and unrepresented parties; and (3) handling settlements when representing multiple parties. Attendees will be able to interact via handheld devices.
