We have gathered some essential information to aid you during these uncertain times.
DCTLA's listserve lets members connect and network with other members via e-mail. Several hundred members ask questions, get answers, and exchange information using this listserv. Members say that it is their favorite and most beneficial membership perk.
DCTLA offers various informative educational programs that include 30-45 minute presentations at our six monthly dinner meetings (September-April) and two full-day CLE-accredited seminars.
DEPOSITION AND DOCUMENT BANK/FILESHARE
Members are entitled to access TrialSmith’s nationwide, online repository of over 250,000 depositions
and legal documents, designed for plaintiff’s lawyers only.TrialSmith is also adding more than 5,000 briefs and 18,000
complete case summaries that were used to exclude experts under Daubert.
With FILESHARE, members will be able to download AT NO COST any document that has been contributed by a DCTLA member. This is a huge savings and a great member benefit.
