Summary

This program is designed to educate lawyers who do not regularly handle product liability cases, with specific focus to help lawyers identify and determine the viability of product liability cases associated with workplace injuries.

Workers' compensation practitioners will particularly benefit from learning how to make sure that potential third-party claims are not overlooked.

Michael J. Warshauer

Michael Warshauer is nationally known for his experience in for representing victims of railroad accidents and other types of complex litigation. Michael continues to handle railroad and FELA claims but spends most of his time helping people who have been injured by defective products, medical malpractice, and fires and explosions.
